Hell of a game guys, thank you again for sharing. @Tex, You did a great job at the Emming, but, you’ve seen firsthand that the old saying is true: You can lead the players to plot, but you cannot make them partake of it.
Thanks @CallmeIshma3l – and yes, so true. Luckily, I’m a big fan of the “multiple choice” approach to GMing. I don’t like the monorail approach, and personally get bored with total open sandbox… instead I imagine the plot as a succession of crossroads, and each time the players choose a path, that sets off other events in the world and leads to certain defined storylines, which then leads to more crossroads.
But also I’m an intern and really need the credit so mostly I’m just hoping my Fandible overlords don’t lose patience with me.
