The camera pans through the Waning Gibbous, it was once a lively place it was full of music, and drunks and even a shrine to Frankenchrist. It was very often full of many different people, Swamp Thing, Brain in a Jar, The Wax Man.
Swamp Thing was outside fighting the fire.
The Brain in the Jar was staring in movies now.
Wax Man? He was only ever called in when business was real, real slow. Unfortunately tonight was one of those nights and funny thing about wax. It doesn’t stand up well to heat, especially not the heat of a raging inferno.
The camera pans over to the stage where a half-formed/half-puddle wax man lays. He turns looks up at the camera and everything pauses
“Yeah, that sorry excuse for a bastard. That’s me. Not my finest moment, I may actually die here….can I die? I’m sentient wax, I have no blood, no brains, no nerves, no nothing. It is scientifically impossible for me to move, let alone speak yet here I am. Speaking of which how do I speak? I don’t have lungs or a voice box, I don’t breathe…..sorry not the time I get it. You’re wondering how I got here, what happened. Well it all started when an asshole named Bump offered me a job covering for him in a shit hole known as the Waning Gibbous.’
I loved that game! I didn’t see the Noir Twist coming at all, and seriously can’t wait for the next stage do this game!
