National Game Design Month – You Create, You Play, You Win!
Most of you are probably aware of the infamous NaNoWriMo – where insane writers take it upon themselves to write a 50,000-word novel in 30 days. I can call them insane, because I count myself among them this year! But did you know there’s a similar event in November specially for game designers?
Say hello to NaGaDeMon! Create and play a brand new game in the month of November – a video game, board game, a tabletop RPG…heck, create a new spin on solitaire if that’s what you’re into! It’s a great parallel to NaNoWriMo for those looking for more interactivity than a novel allows.
And, I have it on good authority that a Fandible crew-member or two are going to be participating in NaGaDeMon this year. Maybe if you ask really nicely, they’ll give you some insight on their design process this month!
