Everyone was so in character, playing perfectly to type and role (Pervy Kobolds, pour out a 40 for the Lost and the Damned).
I think Denise was the perfect plot mover, her arc was like watching a perfectly spiraled football to the groin.
You saw it coming the whole time and are still some how shocked and hurt.
