Rotted Capes Short Story: Just People

Hey Wanda,

Found this on my counter last night. Looks like an old EFH pamphlet from before zombie day. Not sure who left it, but thought you should know someone might be trying to spread this stuff around.

Your favorite and technically only bartender,

Nate

Does heat vision make you a good parent?

Does intangibility make you a good leader?

Does super strength make you a good human being?

NO! Of course not!

But if you believed the media, these super powered beings are the people we should strive to be. Examples we should look up too in order to become perfect citizens or moral individuals. Exemplars who are beyond us in every way.

What the Media and their Corporate Bosses don’t tell you is that these super powered beings are just people. People with extraordinary abilities yes, but still just people. As such, they are all capable of both the greatest charity and the most heinous of crimes.

History has shown us what happens when those with power think they are above the law. What great crimes they think they are free to commit for the greater good. Expecting those below them to simply accept their superior judgment.

Earth for Humanity fights to ensure that the nations of the world don’t forget these individuals are just people. Under the same laws of God and Man that we all live under and should be watched just as much as the government watches its own naturally born citizens.

Help us bring these super powered people down to earth and make sure the laws WE created bring them in line.

Earth For The Forgotten.

Earth For The Voiceless.

Earth For Humanity.
