Also Re:David on Changeling power level; I seem to remember changelings are one of the lowest on the WoD power scales. I’d argue it’s part of their charm, but that’s just because I enjoy low-end urban supernatural. Honestly considering the Fae PTSD and the constantly being hunted, it’s really one of those splats that’s not worth it for a mortal at the end of the day. At least kindred get protean.
Not sure if its at all intended, but when I hear Herapear , it rings in my mind like heir appar (heir apparent) , which also resonates with the upcoming court accession.
