@CZGrey, no. No it it’s not. I can’t decide if a vampire you Katharina is horrifying or horrifyingly awesome… That said, I love this episode, I love this series, I love your take on Shadowrun! Because for all of the technological and magical wonder in this world, people are still horrible to each other for unfathomably petty reasons; and that’s the most Dystopian facet.
I think that this game demonstrates a remarkable karmatic truth about the shared fate of David and Jesus. That of course being, that if one is Game master, the other must suffer the inevitable horror of low rolling dice and critical failure.
That said, it is great to hear some shadowrun once more. I think David hit a great story idea with the Saints of suffering concept, and it has been a ton of fun listening to these poor underpaid service folk, scrape by mission after mission.
…Re-listening to the episode, I realize that if she does get the virus, she would die horribly because all of her cyber-ware.
