Fantastic Ep as always, though I still have no idea how Jesus manages to keep up with everything the players (cough-Billy-cough) throw at him as well as he does.
If it ever becomes relevant I’m pretty sure Amelia’s Surname was Kaufmann (Of the St John’s Public House Kaufmann’s perhaps?).
It was Kaufmann! However, the legally binding contract that they are negotiating on the Zeplin currently states that she must refer to herself as Amelia Clayton in social and legal settings. She may continue to use her last name in any professional regards.
This, of course, was a win for Byron. It was important chess move against his mother. He needed the world to realize that a Clayton married a Prussian. Of course, this did cost him quite a bit. Amelia was willing to offer this only if Byron was willing to promise that their children would be educated in Berlin once the child hits thirteen.
Bringing lawyers on a honeymoon. Nothing is more romantic.
Everything about this episode was delightful, well-crafted insanity. I think it’s great how you can all come up with your own plot points to build on the world, and Jesus just works them into the story so that they all flow together beautifully.
Also I guess Miss Craven has now been defeated and will probably never be heard from again.
