I enjoyed the game as I always do but the after game chat was really fantastic. It was interesting in hearing all your thoughts on Story points/Bennies I must admit I come from Non fan section as it feels a little wrong using them but I do see how they can help make a player more heroic in their actions.
awesome game guys! really really love to see more and see where the plot takes these crazy characters. Also, hope the Royals don’t catch wind of this Clayton plot for the throne…hehe anyway, can’t wait for more of your games!
Ooh this was well worth waiting for, felt like an episode in a tv series, one where they calm the action down and introduce more plot so the shit can really hit the fan. Can’t wait!
Also, Pennys’ cool combat descriptions, sly voice, and willingness to introduce romantic storylines make an amazing addition to your group.

Whoa! Must say, I was kind of avoiding these ones, because of unfamiliarity with Unhallowed Metropolis, but Good Stuff!
It really sounds like you guys always have such a ball playing, even with really dark settings. It’s great. 🙂
I avoided these as well for the same reason for a good while, and I still don’t quite ‘get’ the setting. Primarily because I can’t tell if its a setting that has regressed to a Victorian era civilization or if it’s just straight Gothic Steampunk.
Once you get into it though it’s definitely one of the best campaigns on the site, whether you know anything about the setting or not, and a competitor for number 1, in my humble opinion.
Almost entirely due to having the best collection of unique and vibrant characters in one party, added bonus of one of them being an Irish-man.
Awesome game, is what I’m saying. 😛 Romance subplot is surprisingly cute for the characters involved too! 😛

Yeah man, being of Irish stock myself, I can say that it’s a surprisingly good Irish accent (even if the character is a liiiiittle bit “Oirish” ;))

We are planning to return to it soon. Just been distracted by life, other games, and dinosaurs… so many dinosaurs.
