Ah time traveling into the future only to realise that everything has fallen into ruin and chaos. I wonder how the branch of the Inquisition devoted to investigating why this keeps happening ended up paradoxing themselves out of existence.

Also I am the sad that Billy’s not actually playing a squig for the remainder of Rogue Trader.

The first rule of the Ordo Chronos is that we do not talk about the Ordo Chronos.

  3. Barsher Da Barsher says:

If I could have played a squig, you know I would have!

  4. Mawdrigen says:

Having once ended up 200 years in the future and seeing the mess we’d made of our mission my assassin character:

Had the bit of his brain that feels fear cut out.
Asked a space marine librarian try to psychically assault him.
    Joined a death cult.
    Learned to read.

    Time travel, not always bad…

    Really good session guys!

  5. Arvandus says:

Oh my god, out of all the things you could have done. Learned to read! You Monster! 🙂

  6. Mawdrigen says:

There was a very important reason why I did that.

Knowing the difference between activate and DEactivate it turned out was going to be important.

Bombs are for life, not just for Christmas.

  7. Jake says:

In our Dark Heresy campaign my Adept started what would have been a total party kill if we hadn’t all burned Fate Points because the Guardsman had taken Literacy without telling me (both in and out of game). He read a book during an investigation.

I shot him with a longlas because obviously he was replaced with a daemon (I legitimately thought this). The Scum character then shot me because he thought I had gone insane (a reasonable conclusion). The Arbitrator then shot the Scum because he thought there was a madness plague going around (eh). All three attacks Righteous Fury’d and dealt lethal damage.

    Reading is heresy.
