Congratulations you invented Intelligent Design in your fictional world.

    Great episode as always. 🙂

I’m really curious to learn what is going on in France. This whole golden king thing is strange considering the plague happened in 1905. This was the time of the third republic and of the year of the definitive separation of church and state. Also what was left of the French nobility was titular only, having no privileges or special treatment whatsoever.

Also if Moira studied French she might have heard the name “Gévaudan” before, and she should worry. A lot. 😉

1 out of two ain’t bad.

@Decarcassor – Thanks for giving me homework! (I studied German in high school. I have no knowledge of France beyond what Reign shows.) And we’re all curious about what’s happening in France. The whole country is terrifying!

The “Golden King” give me a strong vibe of the of Louis XIV the “Sun King” (le Roi-Soleil). This would mean a huge step backward for France of about 200 years.

But then again what do I know ? The Golden King could be the secular head of a constitutional monarchy recognizing the equal rights of livings and animates alike after all. :p

Lets just say the end of the world tends to force people to seek safety, no matter the price.
